3. Puppy and health information disclaimer

General Information: The information on this website concerning the Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed, health, nutrition and puppy care is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace the advice of a qualified veterinarian.

Puppy Availability: Information on puppy availability is indicative and subject to change. For up-to-date information, please contact us directly.

Puppy Characteristics: Every puppy is unique. Physical, temperamental and behavioural characteristics may vary from one individual to another, even within the same litter.

Genetic testing: Our breeding dogs undergo genetic testing for the main conditions affecting the breed. Test information is available on request and is provided in good faith. Genetic testing reduces but does not entirely eliminate the risk of hereditary conditions.

4. Placement of puppies

Nature of the activity: the Del Piccolo Diavolo kennel is an amateur activity, not run for profit.

How a placement works: each puppy is placed after one or more introductory conversations with the family. The terms of the placement are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Documents and care: all puppies are placed with:

• ENCI pedigree
• Microchip and registration in the canine registry
• Health booklet with vaccinations administered
• Antiparasitic treatments
• Veterinary certificate of good health

Release: Puppies are released no earlier than 60 days of age, as required by current Italian legislation. Puppies are handed over in person at the kennel only: we do not ship and we do not use couriers or transporters. Placements to other countries are subject to further health and documentary requirements, including rabies vaccination and the official health certificate, which raise the minimum age accordingly.

5. Limitation of liability

Allevamento Del Piccolo Diavolo undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, it cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or currency of all information on the website.

The owner is not liable for:

• Any errors or omissions in the content
• Technical problems accessing the website
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the information
• Links to external websites (we have no control over third-party content)

Responsibility for the dog after release: from the moment the puppy is handed over, the care, maintenance, education, custody and supervision of the dog are the exclusive responsibility of the owner.

In particular, the dog must never be left without adult supervision in the presence of small children. Allevamento Del Piccolo Diavolo accepts no liability for damage to persons, animals or property, nor for injuries or accidents caused by the dog or suffered by the dog, after handover to the owner.

6. Choice of families

The kennel reserves the right to choose the families its puppies are placed with, assessing their suitability and the living conditions they will be able to offer the dog.

We reserve the right not to place a puppy where we consider that the family is not suitable or that the conditions offered are not appropriate for the animal's wellbeing.
